MyTuron is the official mobile platform designed to provide remote banking services to individual clients of Turonbank.

This system allows users to conduct a range of banking operations via mobile devices, including:
<ul>
 <li>Online ordering and delivery of plastic cards: UZCARD, HUMO, VISA, and MASTERCARD;</li>
 <li>Opening a Humo Virtual card;</li>
 <li>Transfers between Uzcard and Humo cards;</li>
 <li>International transfers between Mastercard and Visa cards issued by Turonbank;</li>
 <li>Card management tasks (setting limits, enabling/disabling SMS notifications, clearing PIN entry attempts, card blocking, and changing PIN codes);</li>
 <li>Detailed card information (card details, transaction history, account statements);</li>
 <li>Accessing information regarding plastic card accounts;</li>
 <li>Creating payment templates and operational templates;</li>
 <li>Currency conversion services for convertible foreign currencies;</li>
 <li>Opening online deposits;</li>
 <li>Accessing information related to client's deposits;</li>
 <li>Payments via HUMO PAY or QR codes;</li>
 <li>Viewing balances and turnover data for client accounts;</li>
 <li>Transferring funds between client accounts;</li>
 <li>Repaying loans from Turonbank;</li>
 <li>Making retail service payments;</li>
 <li>Paying for utility services;</li>
 <li>Paying mobile operator bills;</li>
 <li>Paying for internet service provider costs;</li>
 <li>Paying for international services;</li>
 <li>Conducting various other payments;</li>
 <li>Earning bonus points for transactions on the bonus card;</li>
 <li>Receiving a welcome bonus upon registration in My Turon with a Turonbank card;</li>
 <li>Reviewing account statements;</li>
 <li>Accessing information regarding the status of credit agreements; and</li>
 <li>Viewing exchange rates and receiving banking announcements.</li>
</ul>

A new type of loan has been introduced: “Online Microloan.” This service is available to holders of Turonbank plastic cards.

The advantages of the “Online Microloan” include:
<ul>
 <li>The absence of requirements for additional documentation after remote identification;</li>
 <li>No restrictions on the intended use of the loan or human intervention in the credit issuance process; and</li>
 <li>The platform can offer an alternative loan amount based on the client’s payment capacity.</li>
</ul>

This microloan has repayment terms of up to 12 months with an annual interest rate of 30%. The maximum loan amount is determined based on the results of automated scoring analysis, capped at 30 million sums.

The My Turon mobile platform also allows clients to submit applications for various loans, including auto loans (for the primary market), microloans exceeding 30 million sums, consumer loans, healthcare loans, and tourism-related financing.

A key feature of the new mobile app is the ability to order any Turonbank card from home, with options for either delivery to a convenient branch or direct doorstep delivery by the bank's courier service.
